Do I need an account?
No. You give your name, email and phone number when you start a call. Your receipt email has a private link to see your call details later.
When is my card charged?
When you send a request we only hold the amount on your card. You are charged once you and the lawyer have both joined the call. If the lawyer declines, doesn’t answer within a minute or doesn’t join, the hold is released.
What if my connection drops?
Open the call link again and rejoin. You can rejoin until the end time. The countdown keeps running while you are away.
Can I get more time?
A call ends at the time you paid for. If you need longer, start a new call with the same lawyer when they are free.
Is the call recorded?
No. Calls are private video calls in your browser and are never recorded.
What if something goes wrong?
If the video fails because of a problem on our side, you get a full refund. Tell us through our complaints page and we will look into it.
